ANSWER MACHINE;

Press ^ until ANSPHONE then OK, (play) Press ^ until OGM then OK Press ^ until OG1 REC then OK,

after the beep dictate "i'm not here right now so please leave a message after the tone". Then OK. 

SWITCHING ANSWERPHONE ON / OFF

Press OK Press 8. The base orange lamp will light.   Do this before you go out.

Press OK Press 8 . The lamp will go out, Do this when you are at home.

PLAYBACK / DELETING MESSAGE;

Press OK Select PLAY then OK to hear your messages.

During playback;      3 plays next message

1 plays previous message

          5 to stop

0 to delete message.

 

PHONEBOOK

To enter a name and number:Press ^ until PHONE BK, press OK use ^ to select STORE press OK.

Enter the name using keypad ie 22 444 555 8 for BIRT. Press OK then enter phone number then OK.

To dial using a number from the phone book, Press PHONEBOOK key use ^ key to choose

the name you want then press TALK button.

CALLER ID

You must contact you Bt / Cable company to activate this service beforehand.

Press R then ->-> to scroll through calls list.   Press OK to show date and time.

VOLUME OF EARPIECE

During a call Use ^ v keys to adjust the sound level, too high may cause an echo.

RING PRIORITY

This sets up the order in which the handsets will ring. Set to OFF for normal use else you will miss calls.

Language  to put back into English Press UP, UP, UP ok the UP till English Ok

Registering handsets

Hold down blue button on base for 30 seconds,

Press ^ until 'Register' Press OK, Enter base number (1), Enter Pin (0000), OK

A base id code will appear, press OK, Enter a handset number (2..5), OK then C to exit.
