Charge Handsets for 16 hours before use. The phone will cut out during a call if not well charged.

 

To store a name and number in the phonebook;

Press PHONEBOOK, then MENU,   ‘ADD’ will be displayed, press OK, ‘NAME’ shows.

Enter the name using the keypad i.e. 22 666 22 for ‘bob’ then OK. Enter the phone number followed by OK.

 

To dial from the Phonebook, Press PHONEBOOK, use <> to select then press TALK.

 

Keypad Lock; Press MENU, <> to select ‘KEYLOCK’ then OK. To Unlock Press *, OK.

Caller ID. This feature will only work if it is set up by BT / Cable.

Press CALLS to view the list use <>. Press OK to see the name and time of call.

Press MENU, <> to select ‘Delete’ / ‘Delete all’   then OK.

 

Registering Extra handsets.

Switch off the electricity to the base then turn back on.

If you have a base other than a cwd2801/2901, then you may need to hold the page for 30secs, please refer to the instructions for that model.

 

Press MENU, use <> to select ‘System’, OK. Use <> to select ‘Register’,OK. ‘searching’

followed by a number will appear. Press OK and use 0000 for the pin then OK.

 

Other Menus; You can use the menu to change the ringer volume type etc.

Do not change the PIN nor change the ‘Dial Mode’ (keep set to TONE)

Key tone; Sets the phone to beep on each key press.

Auto –Talk. when ON the phone picks up automatically when you receive a call and lift a handset from the

 charger

De-register  select base 0000, select Remove HS Use <> to select which one then hold Clear.
