Charge handset for 16 hours before use. Ignore battery symbol on display, as this is an unreliable measure of battery state.

Adjusting earpiece volume; During a call press VOL, If the volume is too high it may echo

Handsfree; During a call you can press HANDSFREE button.

Storing a name & number in Phonebook;  Press MENU, Use Up key to select "PHONE BOOK", Press OK, Use Up button to select "ADD NEW", OK, Enter the Name using the keypad, OK, Enter the phone number, OK.

Dialling from the Phonebook; Press PHONEBOOK, use UP / DOWN to choose then TALK.

Keylock; Press menu, select "KEY SETUP", OK, OK, Then select "LOCK", OK.

        Repeat above to unlock or hold # button.

Caller ID;  Press UP button to view the time and date of the call & the name if it is in your phonebook,

                 Then press DOWN to view the number.

                 Press CLEAR, OK to delete. Or Hold CLEAR, OK to delete all entries.

Registering handsets;  Hold page button on the base for 15 seconds.  Press MENU, UP till "BASE SUB", OK, 1 for base number, "Searching", "23874a090" or similar will appear, OK, Enter 0000 for the pin, OK.
