• Double click this then select driver.
• Either use this icon or select from start menu
• Select Format Data Area then Start.    
• If you only get: You can try holding the play then plugging in and hold for 30 seconds before releasing button. Be patient and wait it sometimes takes 2 minutes before the previous box appears.
