Recording Your Greeting (Out Going Message)

Hold GREETING for 2 seconds (Long beep) Dictate “I’m not here right now so please

leave a message after the tone” Press STOP.

Setting The Clock. Press Prog, INT, #, 0, Enter the Time ie 0940

Press # to select am / pm, Press * repeatedly to change the day, Prog.

Setting the No of rings for the machine to answer: Press Prog, INT, #, 2, Choose 1..7, Prog.

Call Screening: Prog, INT, #, 4, Select 1 for off and 2 for on, Prog.

Greeting Only (No messages will be recorded) Press Prog, INT, #, 3, Select;

1: 1 minute per message, 2: unlimited time, 3: No messages taken.

(ie “There is no one here right now please call back later”)

Answer On, Use to select On for when you go out, off for when your at home.

Playback: Press play to hear your messages, Press ERASE to delete them.
