Hold Power button to turn handset on or off

Handsfree dial the number then press Handsfree. You can press again to revert to to handset speaker. Use Up and Down to adjust the volume.

Secrecy Press X secrecy to mute the call

Memories Storing a number Press Tick, Press Down, "PHONEBK" shows, Tick, "ADD" shows, Tick, Enter the name using the keypad, Tick, Enter the phone number, Tick

Dialling a number from memory Press PHONEBOOK, Use Up and Down to select then Talk

Caller ID Press Down, Then use Up and Down to view the list, Press Tick to view the number, Press Tick again to view the time and date of the call. Use X to return or Talk to dial the number.

Answer Machine Use ANSWER ON / OFF to turn machine on before you go out and off when you are at home.

Answer Delay Hold SKIP > until the number of rings before the machine answers is announced. Press SKIP > to adjust, leave alone when you have selected the number.

Message alert the machine will beep when you have messages with this feature on. Hold SKIP< to toggle on and off

OutGoing message. The machine has a built in message, but you can record your own. Press Tick twice, Press 8 3 dictate "I'm not here right now so please leave a message after the tone" then press #

Remote Access Dial your phone, Press * then 000 then you will hear any messages left. Then:

2 to play all messages, 3 to play new messages, 4 to skip back, 5 to delete, 6 to skip forward, 7 to turn on or off, 8 to hear your ogm, 9 to change the code (000).

To register a handset, Hold the page for 15 seconds, Press Tick, Scroll down to "register", Tick, Press 1, then 0000

To de-register another handset Tick, down till "SETUP", Tick, down till "DEL HS", Tick, 0000, Tick, Tick.

Intercom Press INT then handset number. During a call you can press INT followed by handset number, talk to the person with the other handset whilst the caller is on hold. Press TALK to transfer call or INT to resume call.

To set the time Press TICK twice press 0 *  Enter day 1 = Sun, 2=Mon. Enter the Time then X
