Last Number Redial  Press INT Use Up / Down to scroll through the last 20 numbers dialled. - Yes to DIAL

Intercom:  Hold INT for 2 seconds then enter the handset number. 

Call Transfer: During a call Hold INT for 2 secs then enter the handset number, talk to the person with the other handset then press NO to transfer.

Entering a number in memory: Press UP till "Phonebook", YES, Press UP till "Store", YES, Enter the Name, YES, Enter the phone number, YES

Dialling from Memory:  Press UP till "Phonebook", YES, YES, Use Up/Down to select then YES.

Ringer Type (handset) Press Up till "ringer" Yes Up till "External" YES then choose then YES

Ringer Volume (handset) Press Up till "ringer" Yes Up till "Volume" Yes then choose then Yes

Base Ringer As far as I know this can't be changed!

Earpiece Volume  Use UP / Down during a call

Caller ID:  Press UP till "CLI RECORD", YES     

        "MISSED", YES  - to view all the missed calls received.

        "VIEW", YES  - to view numbers of callers which you answered.

        "STORE PBK", YES   - to store the number in memory.

Registering Handsets  - These are GAP compatible so you can use base and handset with other makes of phone

Hold Base Page button for 10 seconds, (green lamp flashes)

Use UP till "BASE", YES, Use UP till "REGISTER", YES, Enter Fixed pin 4321 , YES, Use UP / Down to select a base (2 is fine), YES.

If you are adding a handset of a different make, the Pin / RC / AC code  is 1234
