Phonebook, storing a number press Program (R) once for phonebook 1, twice for phonebook 2.
Enter location number 0..9, Program, Enter the phone number, Program.
Quick Dialling from phonebook. Press Phonebook once or twice then enter the location number then Line Key.
To delete a number. Press Phonebook once or twice then location number, then press Program twice.
Caller Id. Press Call log key, use 1 and 3 to scroll through list. Press 2 to view the time of the call. Press 6 to erase the number or Line key to dial the number.
Caller id type Press Program 0, Enter 1..3 to choose type then program. (try different if cli doesn't work)
Transfer. During a call you can press Transfer which will make all the other handsets ring, talk to the user of the other handset and press Line to transfer.
Ringer melody Press Program 1, Enter 1..7 to choose melody then program.
Ringer volume Press Program 2, Enter 1..3 to choose level then program.
Earpiece volume Press Program 3, Enter 1..3 to choose level then program.
Tone / Pulse dialling Press Program * Program for tone. (< Select this if the phone dials slowly) Program # Program for pulse
