As of today (Nov 18th 2006)  we can now do all logik mp3s too, including the troublesome 2gb ones.

You may have one of the following problems:  Check the help page first.

• Dead
• Says "Starting" nothing else.
• Headphone socket. (Obviously check the headphones themselves first)
• USB device not recognized or problem with device.
• Faulty firmware on mp-fol7, mp-f1000 or mp-fub26

How long does it take?  Normally it takes 48 hours max. Check progress on new status page

What should I check before sending? Check out these basic things first.

What if we can't fix it?  Unless it has been smashed up, dropped in water or eaten by your dog we should be able to fix it for you. We haven't encountered any that we can't sort yet, but if we are unable to do so you will be refunded. We can fix screens on all models.

What is the total cost? £12 for any repair including postage. As you are only sending the mp3 it is only a first class stamp required both ways.

What if I live outside of the UK? We can still repair for you. If you want it to be returned International Signed for it will be an extra 5 Euros.

Make the payment and then you will receive a reference number and details of where to send your player .

Otherwise this one is easier.
